Bio: Catherine Howe is a historian, former actor and award-winning songwriter. Her work connects 19th-century British and Irish radicalism, exploring how Daniel O’Connell and Feargus O’Connor clashed over the future of Chartism in Ireland.

Bio: Dr. Luke Dineen is a labour historian specialising in revolutionary-era Irish trade unionism. His session traces the ideas that shaped Jim Larkin’s activism and how his political stance evolved through crisis and victory.
